Taylor meets with local students at Statehouse
INDIANAPOLIS – One of my favorite responsibilities as your state representative is hosting local visitors at the Indiana Statehouse.
Most of the proceedings at the Statehouse are open to public view or participation. During the last week of this year’s legislative session, a group of seniors from LaVille High School came to tour the Statehouse and learn about state government. I was able to spend time with them and answer some of their questions about the Indiana General Assembly. I hope it was as memorable for the students as it was for me.
If you are part of a group or organization that would like to visit the Statehouse during session to see how the legislative process works, please contact my office at 1-800-382-9842 so we may help facilitate a visit.
