Plans announced for hundreds of local jobs

I was pleased to join Governor Holcomb, Rep. Dale DeVon (R-Granger) and other officials at the recent announcement by SF Motors about its plans for a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in St. Joseph County. The company, which builds electric vehicles, will invest $160 million in the plant formerly owned by AM General and hopes to create more than 450 good-paying jobs by 2020.

This is another example of what we can do when we work together, and I am confident this is just one of many projects that will help local workers and families.
