State Rep. Rita Fleming shares photo and comment regarding Statehouse page

INDIANAPOLIS - State Rep. Rita Fleming (D-Jeffersonville) released the following statement regarding Rachel Wilcox of Sacred Heart Catholic School, a page who recently worked with her:

“It was a delight to work with Rachel,” Fleming said. “She was very attentive during session and her interest in politics is obvious. She has a very bright future in whatever she decides to do.

“I would encourage any kids interested in becoming a ‘Page for a Day’ to apply next year. The program is open to k-12 students who are at least 13 years old and it includes a tour of the historic Statehouse and a chance to observe a legislative session.”
