Rep. Pat Bauer appointed to 2014 legislative interim study committees

INDIANAPOLIS – North Central Indiana state representatives have been named to legislative study committees that will meet during the coming months:

STATE REP. B. PATRICK BAUER (D-South Bend), Indiana House District 6, will be a member of the Interim Study Committee on Agriculture & Natural Resources; Interim Study Committee on Courts & the Judiciary; and the Interim Study Committee on Environmental Affairs.

STATE REP. RYAN DVORAK (D-South Bend), Indiana House District 8, has been appointed to the the Indiana Heritage Trust Committee; Indiana Public Defender Commission; Indiana Uniform Law Commission; and the Interim Study Committee on Courts & the Judiciary.

STATE REP. DAVID L. NIEZGODSKI (D-South Bend), Indiana House District 7, will serve on the Corn Marketing Council; Interim Study Committee on Agriculture & Natural Resources; Interim Study Committee on Employment & Labor; and the Interim Study Committee on Pension Management Oversight.

HOUSE DEMOCRATIC LEADER SCOTT PELATH (D-Michigan City), Indiana House District 9, will be on Legislative Council; Legislative Council’s Data Processing Subcommittee; and Legislative Council’s Personnel Subcommittee.
