Rep. Fleming joins in MLK celebration

INDIANAPOLIS – State Rep. Rita Fleming (D-Jeffersonville) today joined Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb and past and present members of the Indiana General Assembly for the 28th annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Indiana Holiday celebration at the Statehouse.

During the event, former State Rep. Charlie Brown (D-Gary), who retired in 2018 after 36 years in the Legislature, was honored with a Sagamore of the Wabash from Gov. Holcomb.
