State Rep. Clyde Kersey appointed to legislative study committees

INDIANAPOLIS – Legislative leaders have named State Rep. Clyde Kersey (D-Terre Haute) as a member of four legislative study committees that will meet during the coming months.
Kersey will serve on the Board of Trustees of the State Museum & Historic Sites Corporation, the Code Revision Commission, the Interim Study Committee on Agriculture & Natural Resources, and the Interim Study Committee on Elections.
The Indiana Legislative Council assigned the Interim Study Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources the topic of production and use of oil from industrial hemp.
