Rep. Hamilton announces Indiana House District 87 constituent meetings

INDIANAPOLIS – Indiana State Rep. Carey Hamilton today issued the following information about constituent meetings for the citizens of Indiana House District 87:

The Indiana State Legislature last week began its regular 2017 session schedule and that also means the start of regular meetings with citizens and legislators.

Please review the information below and plan to attend one or all of these three public meetings, which I am co-hosting with State Sen. John Ruckelshaus, whose Senate District 30 overlaps with House District 87.

The meetings will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. on the following Saturdays: Jan. 14, Jan. 28, and Feb. 11.

All three of these meetings will be held in the cafeteria of the John Strange Elementary School, 3660 East 62nd Street (get a map).

The primary focus of these meetings will be to preview the 2017 session of the Indiana State Legislature and to discuss issues that may come before legislators this year.
