Pierce named ranking Democrat on House Utilities, Energy and Telecommunications Committee

INDIANAPOLIS – Legislative leaders announced today that State Rep. Matt Pierce (D-Bloomington) will be the ranking Democrat on the Indiana House Utilities, Energy and Telecommunications Committee.

In addition to that assignment, Pierce will serve on three other committees: Courts and Criminal Code; the Statutory Committee on Ethics; and Rules and Legislative Procedures.
