Taylor: INDOT launches new customer service center

I was invited recently to an informational meeting in our district hosted by INDOT – the Indiana Department of Transportation. As a member of the Indiana House Roads & Transportation Committee, INDOT is a focal point of much of the legislation with which I am most familiar.

The agency launched a new customer service center for citizens to report roadway concerns or request information about roads, bridges, services or traffic conditions.
