Indiana Statehood Day 2013

INDIANAPOLIS – On Wednesday, December 11, downtown Indianapolis will come alive with many opportunities for fourth-grade groups to celebrate Indiana’s 197th birthday.

The Indiana Statehouse Tour Office, the Indiana State Library, the Indiana State Museum and the Indiana Historical Society will be hosting educational activities on that day—including the reading of a winning Statehood Day Essay Contest entry.
