Click here for information about On My Way Pre-K grants

On My Way Pre-K awards grants to 4-year-olds from low-income families so they may access high-quality pre-K programs the year before they begin kindergarten. I supported House Bill 1628 this year that opened up the pilot program to families in all Indiana counties. Funding is limited so I encourage you to apply soon.

Those who receive a grant may use it at any approved On My Way Pre-K facility. Families living in Madison County and meeting the following requirements are eligible:

Child must be 4 but not yet 5 years old by August 1, 2019.

Child must be a resident of Indiana.

Parents/Guardians must have a service need (working, going to school, attending job training).

Families must earn at or less than 127% of federal poverty level (FPL). A limited number of spots may be available after December 31, 2019, to families earning at or less than 185% of the federal poverty level.
