State Rep. Ross Deal

State Representative Ross Deal was elected to the Indiana House of Representatives on December 20, 2018 to fill the term of retiring State Rep. Joe Taylor III.

At the Statehouse in Indianapolis, Deal serves on the Roads and Transportation; Employment, Labor and Pension; and Agriculture and Rural Development committees.

Back home in Mishawaka, Deal is an agent with State Farm Insurance. He served on the Mishawaka Common Council. Deal was also a member of the Mishawaka-Penn Harris Library board of trustees (including three years as president) as well as the board of directors of the Mishawaka Education Foundation (including two years as president).

Deal served in the U.S. Marine Corps and as an officer with the Mishawaka Police Department.
