Indiana House Democrats receive committee assignments

INDIANAPOLIS – Today, Indiana House Democrats were assigned to committees for the 2021 Legislative Session. In these committees, members will listen to the testimony of experts and general public and discuss drafted legislation.

“My colleagues and I are ready to hit the ground running in these committees,” House Democratic Leader Phil GiaQuinta (D-Fort Wayne) said. “This year is going to look a little different, but I still anticipate thoughtful input from the public and many robust discussions on legislation for the betterment of all Hoosiers.”
