INDIANAPOLIS - Indiana State Rep. Bionca Gambill (D-Terre Haute) is a member of the Legislative Interim Study Committee on Government, which met all afternoon yesterday (Mon., Aug. 25). One of the issues discussed was annexation. Residents opposed to annexation, as well as municipal officials who support it, testified before the legislators concerning Indiana’s current annexation laws.
