Goodin plays key role in enactment of new law on missing persons cases

INDIANAPOLIS - State Representative Terry Goodin (D-Austin) pushed to add training about dealing with missing people to a new law that requires certain training for law enforcement personnel across Indiana. These new requirements (House Enrolled Act 1044) were signed into law this week.
